1. **Cancellation Notice:** If you need to cancel a scheduled golf lesson, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the lesson’s start time.

2. **Rescheduling Process:** Rescheduling requests can only be submitted through our official website’s rescheduling form. Visit SOLID Golf¬†and navigate to the “Reschedule Lesson” section to initiate the process.

3. **Late Cancellation Charge:** Should you cancel your golf lesson less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the lesson will be charged.

4. **No-Show Policy:** Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged.

5. **Emergencies and Special Cases:** We understand that emergencies and exceptional situations can occur. If you find yourself in such a circumstance, please contact us immediately through to discuss your situation.

6. **Confirmation of Changes:** After submitting a rescheduling request via our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the updated lesson details.
